The sun has been shining all day, which inspired me to take my workout outside. And in the spirit of the Final Four games being played today I created a “Final Four” 20-minute metabolic workout. All you need is a basketball and a timer!

Jump Squats – 1 Minute
Mountain Climbers (Hands on Ball) – 1 Minute
Rotating Ball Crunch – 1 Minute
Rest – 1 Minute
Repeat 3 times
It is a tough, but fun workout that will fly by! Give it a go and let me know how it was!
Now I’m going to relax in anticipation of the big game! I am excited and nervous (way more nervous) for Michigan State’s game against Duke. I am crossing my fingers that we do well, but just happy that we made it this far!
