It is almost the weekend, and I am feeling good! It is amazing how the weather can change how someone feels.
After a very restful, rest day yesterday, I made it to the gym this morning for a 1 hour run in Z4.7. I completed 6.5 miles, 9:13 average pace! It was mentally tough (forgot my headphones), but I knew it would be worth it in the end. I cooled down and stretched, then headed to work.
During my lunch hour I went to power yoga again! Love this class, I cannot get enough. I already feel my core, arms, and legs getting stronger! I plan to keep going two times a week because it is that good. The benefits of yoga are endless.
Tonight I plan to watch MSU take on Northwestern for their first game in the B1G Tourney, and make a homemade pizza! Yum!
